Quiet study space is scarce. How do we frame the need?

A study-space concern starts with concrete experiences rather than a fixed solution. Adult members can assess urgency and build a shared question. Explore the university example and start signup on the page.

The campus has several needs. Which should we examine first?

From a concern to a clear next step

  1. Raise a concern

Describe the problem and a possible direction. Members rate its urgency.

  2. Frame the question

When the group’s thresholds are met, members help shape a clear question.

  3. Compare the reasons

Read arguments and comments. Contributions close when voting starts, but remain available to consult.

  4. Vote under agreed rules

Eligible members vote. Deadlines, participation thresholds and the group’s rules apply.

  5. Agree the next step

For an adopted ordinary decision, the administrator proposes a responsible member, who accepts or declines. A deadline is optional.

  6. Follow progress

The responsible member updates progress. Another active member confirms completion; the record remains available.

Questions before you start

Is this another chat group?

No. A concern, a question, the reasons, the vote and the next step stay connected. General conversation may still happen elsewhere.

Does every proposal become a decision?

No. Qualification thresholds, discussion, eligibility and voting rules apply. A proposal can fail or a process can end without an adopted decision.

Is implementation automatic?

No. The app makes responsibility and progress visible. People still carry out the work, and a proposed responsible member can decline.

Can I begin on this page?

Yes. Enter your email, provide the required name and password, accept the adult/legal requirements and confirm the email link. Sending the form alone does not activate the account.
